Walnut Grovez Inc ("we", "us", "our") operates Create 2 Site, a store-hosting service for creators, at https://create2site.com. By creating an account or placing an order through this website you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy, all of which form part of this agreement. Please read them before you order and keep a copy for your records.

What each package includes, its limits and its price are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or packages for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase is charged once, at the price shown at checkout, and never renews. There is nothing to cancel. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy below. Charges appear on your card statement as create2site.com.

Recurring subscriptions

By enrolling in a recurring subscription you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for your selected package today and automatically every 30 days thereafter, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Before each renewal we email you 5 to 7 days in advance, and after every successful charge we email you a receipt, at the address on your account. Charges appear on your card statement as create2site.com.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time: log in and open Easy to Cancel at https://create2site.com/account/cancel, then confirm. Cancellation takes effect immediately: no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (888) 804-4372; we action emailed requests within one business day. No cancellation fee applies.

Refunds

Every charge — the first charge of a subscription, a renewal, or a one-time purchase such as the Day Pass — can be refunded in full on request within 30 days of the charge. We review requests within 2 business days; an approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval and typically appears on your statement 5 to 10 business days later, depending on your bank. Definitions

• "Create 2 Site", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Walnut Grovez Inc, the owner and operator of this website and the service.
• "Service" means the creator-store service described on this website and accessible through your account: your store page, products, file delivery and the dashboard. "Store" means your store page and everything listed on it.
• "Client" or "you" means the person or organisation using the website and the service.

Account creation

To use the service you must create an account on this website and pay the fees for the package you choose. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity under your account, and you agree to tell us promptly at [email protected] about any unauthorised use of it. We may use a third-party payment processor to take your payment; the processor's own terms apply to the payment itself. We reserve the right to refuse service, or to suspend or end an account, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or that the account is being used fraudulently.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only as described on this website and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out what the service may and may not be used for and what the limits of each package mean, including fair use of anything described as unlimited. We may limit, suspend or end an account that breaches that policy, contacting you first where it is reasonable to do so.

The service, in detail

Create 2 Site hosts a store page for creators. After you subscribe you name your store (at https://create2site.com/your-name), add a bio, links and socials, and list products of three kinds: a file your buyers pay for and download, a link, or a free download given in exchange for an email address. Buyers pay through your own Stripe account: you paste a Stripe key into your dashboard, the buyer pays on Stripe's hosted checkout, and the money goes to you. We host the store, deliver the file and send the delivery email; we take no share of your sales and are not a party to them. What each plan allows — how many products and links, how much storage and the biggest file, whether free downloads, analytics and badge removal are included — is listed on the pricing page and at checkout, and is enforced by the service.

• You are the seller. Every sale is a contract between you and your buyer, charged by your Stripe account under Stripe's terms. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled by you in Stripe; marking an order refunded in your dashboard only switches off the download. You are responsible for the product, its description, its price, any tax due, and for answering your buyers. Our Seller Terms form part of these Terms.
• Your Stripe key. It is stored encrypted and never shown again in the dashboard. You can replace or remove it from your dashboard while your plan is active; after a plan ends, email [email protected] and we remove it for you.
• Delivery. A paid buyer gets the file on the thank-you page and by email, with a link that keeps working while the product, the file and the store exist. Deleting a product deletes its orders and their links; replacing a product's file changes what earlier buyers download. If a buyer does not return to the thank-you page, the order is confirmed with Stripe within a few minutes and the email follows.
• How limits count. Products (published and draft) and links are what you hold; storage is the total size of your product files; every plan has a maximum size per file. Free downloads, analytics and badge removal are included only on the plans that list them.
• After a plan ends. Your store stays online and keeps selling, and buyers keep their downloads; your dashboard becomes read-only until a plan is active again, so you cannot edit or unpublish from it meanwhile (email us if you need a change made). Products above a smaller plan's limit are unpublished, oldest-first by your display order.
• Taking a store down. We may suspend a store that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, telling you why.
• Availability. The service, the hosting and Stripe are provided as they are, with no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Support is by email at [email protected] and phone on +1 (888) 804-4372 during Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the service, including its software, design, text and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or transfer any part of the service without our written consent. Content you put into the service remains yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the service, including loss of profits, goodwill, use or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of the service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walnut Grovez Inc, its officers, employees, agents and licensors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you can cancel as described above.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
