Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and Seller Terms of Create 2 Site, the creator-store service operated by Walnut Grovez Inc. It says what you may sell and publish, how you may use your buyers' details, what happens when a store breaks the rules, and how to report one.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. One account is for one creator or organisation; you are responsible for everything sold and published through it.
What you may not sell or publish
- Anything unlawful, or anything that helps someone break the law: stolen or pirated material, counterfeit goods, malware, unlicensed regulated products, or goods and services that are illegal where you or your buyers are.
- Anything you do not have the rights to: files, images, fonts, templates, music, video or text you do not own or hold a licence to sell.
- Deceptive products: misleading descriptions, fake reviews or endorsements, products that do not do what they say, or a store that impersonates a person or brand.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form; we report this where the law requires, without notice. Sexually explicit content of real people without their consent, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Material that harms people: harassment, threats, defamation, incitement to violence, terrorism or self-harm, or hatred against people because of a protected characteristic.
- Files that endanger buyers: executables, scripts or archives carrying malware. The service accepts only the document, image, audio and video types listed in your dashboard.
- Products whose sale Stripe prohibits under Stripe's own terms for your account.
Your buyers
- Use a buyer's email address only to deliver what they bought or downloaded and, where they clearly agreed, to contact them; do not sell or share buyer lists.
- Answer your buyers, honour refunds you owe, and handle disputes through Stripe.
- Where the law requires a privacy notice, terms or consumer-rights information for your buyers, provide it on your store or product pages.
Your account
You may not probe, scan or overload the service, share an account between organisations, resell store hosting, or bypass plan limits.
Plan limits and fair use
Every plan has the limits shown on the pricing page and at checkout: products, links, storage, the biggest file, and the features included. Where a plan says unlimited, it is unlimited for the ordinary use of one creator: we do not meter it, but we may ask you to reduce usage that is far beyond what one creator would reasonably need or that degrades the service for others, contacting you first wherever that is reasonable.
Enforcement
If a store breaches this policy we may suspend it (its pages, product pages and checkout then stop answering), remove products, or end the account. For sexual content involving minors, malware and credible threats we act immediately and may notify the authorities; for everything else we contact the creator before or promptly after we act. Fees already paid for a period in which an account is ended for breach are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
Reporting a store or product
Email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse report" (or "Copyright notice" for infringement claims): the store or product address, what the material is, why it breaks this policy or infringes your rights, and how to contact you. For a copyright claim include the work you believe is infringed, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We acknowledge every report within two business days and tell you the outcome; if we suspend a store, its creator is told why and may reply with a counter-notice.
